At Wellspring Pilates, your individualised program is designed unique to your body's needs.

An Initial consultation is essential prior to commencing classes so I can assess your movement, discuss your medical history and then prepare a unique program just for you. 

​

All classes are 50 minutes in duration and will focus on strength, mobility and proper alignment. Classes are designed for functional movement - I want to help you move better! You will be guided through exercises to ensure the correct muscles are being engaged and your body is well aligned.
